Road to SunKicks 2025
The Road to SunKicks is a free summer workshop series designed to prepare and inspire dancers ahead of our upcoming SunKicks auditions. Held in two exciting sessions, this experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at what it means to be part of the SunKicks legacy. Attendees will meet members of the casting and production teams, connect with past SunKicks, and get answers to any questions about the audition process, contracts, and the overall experience. Think of it as your first step toward the stage—an exclusive sneak peek that builds confidence, sparks excitement, and sets the tone for what’s ahead

Traci LaDuca
Meet Traci LaDuca — celebrated choreographer, master teacher, and choreographer of all-new choreography for SunKicks: Home for the Holidays. With over two decades of experience performing on major stages and screen—from nationally televised specials to iconic NYC productions—Traci brings precision, polish, and passion to every step. She is the founder and director of Exactitude Dance in Industry City and has spent years teaching, staging, and developing top-tier dancers across the country. On July 25th, Traci will lead the final workshop in The Road to SunKicks series, offering dancers a unique opportunity to train in her signature style and prepare for auditions under her expert eye.
Alyssa Sarnoff
Meet Alyssa Sarnoff — associate choreographer to Broadway icons and a powerhouse creative force behind SunKicks. Alyssa brings extensive professional experience in precision dance, musical theatre, and large-scale productions. At Suncoast Broadway, she directed last season’s acclaimed production of Chicago and is returning this fall to direct and choreograph Grease. Alyssa has worked alongside some of the biggest names on Broadway and is known for her sharp eye, infectious energy, and commitment to excellence. On July 10th, she’ll lead a special workshop during The Road to SunKicks, offering dancers the chance to learn from one of the best in the business while getting a taste of what it takes to be part of the team.
