Our Resident Company forms the ensemble of every production, while also playing a key role in service. We meticulously select this core group of performers, ensuring they bring strong work ethic, vibrant energy, and standout talent to every show and every shift. As a Resident Company member, you’ll earn five to six professional Broadway credits, work with Broadway directors and choreographers, and perform on a state-of-the-art stage featuring a full-scale LED wall. Plus, you’ll enjoy consistent work from September to May and make more money—consistently—in the form of tips.
